Armourcoat’s three-dimensional Sculptural Plaster wall finish brings dynamic textural interest to a high-profile office fit-out at Eastpoint Business Park in Dublin. Designed by Meehan Associates, the interior features a series of ‘huddle rooms’ and meeting spaces, where bold accent colours aid wayfinding and highlight key architectural elements. These vivid hues enhance the fresh white tone and crisp, linear detail of Armourcoat’s ‘Barcode’ design, which seamlessly links the different spaces across the office.

Offering raised relief structure and intricate surface detailing, Armourcoat Sculptural Plaster finishes deliver striking, seamless wall surfaces across commercial and residential interiors. Crafted from precision-engineered GRG (Glass-fibre Reinforced Gypsum) panels, each design is CAD-generated to achieve a flowing, continuous pattern or a bespoke decorative effect — introducing depth and texture to interior walls.

Striking Design Meets Sustainable Innovation

Over 600m² of Armourcoat’s Sculptural Barcode finish creates a striking, textured feature across the walls at Eastpoint Business Park, seamlessly complemented by banded polished plaster finishes in a spectrum of colors throughout the building. Delivered by Meehan Associates, the project was designed to align with USGBC LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) standards, reinforcing a strong commitment to sustainability.

Sustainable material selection was a key focus for the architects, enhancing the project’s environmental credentials. In line with this vision, Armourcoat finishes incorporate 40% pre-consumer recycled marble and are entirely VOC-free, delivering both exceptional design and responsible environmental performance.
