Natural materials have a unique depth and beauty. Matese is my take on combining the sophistication of Wenge hardwood with the rugged texture of travertine stone and adding to this the rich lustre of antique bronze. Built up in eight layers over several days this finish has borrowed many aspects of other natural materials but has a quality and depth all of its own.
