“This finish is all about the way light dances off the surface. The marble stucco base layer is carefully brushed out to give the appearance of a striated silk and onto this a bolder, ribbed texture is superimposed in vertical stripes of varying widths. A fine pearlescent mica is finally applied to the surface which really brings the finish to life. A static image does not do this finish justice as it is the way the light dances off the surface as you walk past that make this such a striking effect.”
