Biellese
Settoli is a reference to setts or stone cobbles. Setts were widely used in ancient Rome as a durable surface for roads and paving. My Settoli finish is a sett pattern, but at a finer scale. Created with our superfine marble stucco plaster, it is a fascinating technique with depth, lustre and such intricate detail that many people can’t quite believe it is made from plaster at all!
