In addition to providing a superb white finish for traditional white courts, Armourcoat have developed a range of incredibly hard self-coloured renders and plasters suitable for high impacts sports like Rackets, where the balls are harder and arguably faster than squash, and wall surfaces need to be even tougher. Traditionally, walls in courts like these were surfaced in conventional renders, which were often painted to achieve the dark colours (required for use with a white ball), which inevitably led to cracking and peeling. Using pigmenting techniques developed in our decorative surfaces division, we have pioneered a unique range of self-coloured products, which serve the dual function of combining great strength and strong pigmentation suitable for Squash, Rackets, Real Tennis and Fives.
