Contemporary urban aesthetic

Located in the heart of central London, this former 1940s Ministry of Defence building, has been extensively reimagined to create a dynamic, open workspace. The transformation for London & Regional Properties includes a striking double-height reception alongside ground-floor restaurants and retail spaces. Buckley Gray Yeoman’s design seamlessly blends heritage with modern functionality, redefining 10 Bloomsbury Way as a vibrant commercial hub that showcases Polished Plaster finishes.

Skilfully hand-applied, the Polished Plaster transforms this open workspace, flooding communal areas with natural light reflecting throughout the development, offering a welcoming ambience. Koncrete (Textured) reinforces the building’s contemporary urban aesthetic and offers a variety of design options, allowing the designer to guide depth, texture, and a distinctive modern character to architectural interiors.

The redevelopment has achieved a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating, highlighting its commitment to sustainability and decisions to work alongside Armourcoat for this transformation.
