AN EFFICIENT & SUSTAINABLE BUILDING<\/h2> \n

Armourcoat played a key role in a unique \u00a346.5 million redevelopment on London\u2019s Regent Street, designed by Allford Hall Monaghan Morris Architects. As part of this prestigious project, decorative polished plaster<\/a> was incorporated to enhance the aesthetic of the stunning mixed-use building.<\/span><\/p>\n

The redevelopment, undertaken for the Crown Estate, was carefully carried out within the constraints of a historic Grade II listed site. The result is a highly efficient and sustainable building that seamlessly blends contemporary design with heritage elements, featuring flagship retail space and prime office accommodation.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

A project with sustainability at its core<\/h2> \n

Over 400m\u00b2 of Armourcoat Spatulata<\/a> polished plaster was applied to walls and ceilings in the reception area, creating a seamless and elegant finish.\u00a0<\/span> This highly polished decorative surface is achieved using a superfine stucco paste, trowel-applied in a series of fine layers to deliver a luxurious, refined aesthetic.<\/p>\n

Sustainability has been central to the design of W4, achieving an \u2018Excellent\u2019 rating under BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method), which assesses the environmental impact of buildings. In keeping with the eco-conscious specification, Armourcoat polished plaster contains 40% pre-consumer recycled marble and is entirely free from VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds).<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
