Bold Repositioning with Striking Atrium Design<\/h2> \n

The interior design by Buckley Gray Yeoman for Ivanho\u00e9 Cambridge and Greycoat Real Estate LLP has transformed the building with a bold repositioning, anchored by a striking eight-storey atrium. The ground floor reception is now approached via a 30-metre boulevard, leading from the newly created entrance at the corner of Mincing Lane and Great Tower Street. While the original entrance, facing Minster Court piazza, has been preserved, this modernised approach strengthens the connection between the building\u2019s rich heritage and its contemporary enhancements.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Enhancing Acoustics and Aesthetic<\/h2> \n

Over 600m\u00b2 of Acoustic Seamless Plaster<\/a> system has been skilfully applied to the ceilings, enhancing both the acoustics and aesthetic of the space. This advanced system optimizes interior acoustics by offering a clean, smooth mineral surface that seamlessly covers large areas, including both flat and curved surfaces. It incorporates a special mineral wool composite panel bonded to the substrate, finished with a seamless, marble-based plaster layer that permits sound energy to pass through. Composed of 80% recycled materials, the zero-VOC system boasts a Class ‘0’ fire rating and a Class ‘A’ Noise Reduction Coefficient rating, ensuring both safety and superior sound performance.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
